Willard Memorial Library Board of Trustees:
The Willard Memorial Library is a school district library with county extension status governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees appointed by the Willard City Schools Board of Education. Four members represent Willard City School District and one each from Greenwich, North Fairfield and Wakeman. The library board members serve staggered seven-year terms.

Trustees for 2009

• President - Douglas Substanley [Wakeman Representative]; term ends 2012

• Vice President - Katherine Oney (North Fairfield Representative); term ends 2013

• Secretary - David Hirschy, Sr. [Willard Representative]; term ends 2011

• Other Members -  Ruth Brown [Willard Representative; term ends 2010], Jennie Ebinger [Greenwich Representative; term ends 2015], Nancy Eldridge [Willard Representative; term ends 2009], and Barth Gibson [Willard Representative; term ends 2014]. 
  
  The Board meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the main library conference room in Willard. The Board meets in June, July, and August, at the same time, but at the Greenwich, North Fairfield, and Wakeman branches respectively.

Friends of the Greenwich Public Library:

Meetings are held irregularly at the library.
